There’s no question that Cast Members are the heart of many magical experiences for guests at Walt Disney World, and now, acknowledging them has gotten even easier.
The new Mobile Cast Compliment within the My Disney Experience allows guests to share their positive cast member experiences with a few button pushes.
To access the feature, scroll down the main page in the app to the Walt Disney World 50th Anniversary guides section. Then scroll down to the very bottom of the guide page and you’ll see the button to leave your cast member compliment.
Leaving a compliment is as easy as selecting a positive statement and location from an easy-to-navigate dropdown menu.
Walt Disney World says they still welcome all of the emails and social media posts sharing specific stories and magical moments made possible by cast members, this just allows for quick sharing of a positive experience.
I hope everyone uses this new feature. Cast members work so hard normally but if you’ve been watching all the videos and Tik Toks from this past week, you’ve seen they also take a lot of unneeded abuse, too.
