Every journey has an end. Thursday at midnight the first batch of Marvel fans will feast their eyes on “Avengers: Endgame” and the movie expected to run pretty much continuously throughout the weekend in cities everywhere. Opening on more than 4000 screens including 300 IMAX screens, the movie offers an epic conclusion to the 21 previous Marvel movies.
The promotion doesn’t stop, however, and Marvel Studios has released another TV Spot — this one called “Powerful.” It features Nebula and Rocket holding hands…. awww. If you pay close attention there are a few other new scenes not seen in previous trailers:
There are couple of short trailers out too. Up first is “Go”
Then “Time”
Plus you can watch the entire two hour red carpet event from the world premiere on replay if you so desire:
Having seen the film now, read my spoiler-free review here, I can say I’m impressed with how little these trailers have actually given away. Nearing 3 hours in runtime, before the end credits roll, there’s a lot of fantastic scenes to choose from, but what we’ve seen so far does little more than set the mood for the epic nature of the film.
How well do you think Disney and Marvel Studios did promoting “Avengers: Endgame” now that the movie opening is almost upon us? Is it enough to break new box office records this weekend?
