Guests who plan to visit Walt Disney World have long sought out guest relations help at their Disney Springs location prior to venturing out into the parks. Parking is free and convenient and you can take care of business a day or two ahead of when you want to head into the parks and not have to wait at a potentially long line at the ticket booths or guest relations when you get to the park. For the last four years those services have been provided at the Welcome Center located near the center of Disney Springs.
Lately, the Welcome Center at Disney Springs had been overwhelmed with guests looking to redeem ticket vouchers, renew annual passes or just by their tickets before heading out the parks. This new Disney Ticket Center will help alleviate some of the crowding.
Located between Blaze Pizza and the Welcome Center in the Town Center area of Disney Springs, it’s convenient to both the Orange and Lime parking garages. From the Lime garage turn left and head toward D-Luxe Burgers. From the Orange garage, head behind Planet Hollywood toward Blaze Pizza and keep going another 50 ft or so.
We stopped by the Welcome Center and it is still a fully functional guest relations office. But they’re asking guests who only have ticketing needs to go to the ticket center instead.
Services at the ticket center include:
- Purchase Disney theme park tickets, make upgrades and pick up will call tickets (including special event tickets like Mickey’s Not-So-Scary Halloween Party)
- Purchase or renew Walt Disney World Resort Annual Passes
- Purchase Military Salute tickets and upgrades
- Make Disney Springs restaurant reservations
The Disney Ticket Center operating hours are Sunday-Thursday, 10 a.m.-10 p.m. and Friday-Saturday, 10 a.m.- 11:30 p.m.
Can you purchase Tables in Wonderland there also?
