It’s the 10th anniversary of the Walt Disney World Swan and Dolphin Food & Wine Classic. That means foodies can now start making plans for what’s sure to be the best year ever. This year the event is a week later than usual, falling on Friday November 8 and Saturday November 9.
The Food & Wine Classic is a street party festival with unlimited food tastings at dozens of stations, featuring culinary selections from the hotel’s award-winning restaurants, and wine from around the world amidst a festive backdrop of live entertainment on the hotel’s scenic causeway. It’s one of the best value’s on property for lovers of fine food and wine.
The event also features numerous themed areas including a beer garden, and hands-on seminars with the hotel’s chefs and certified beverage experts.
“We’re continually amazed at the response to this event and are honored to be celebrating 10 years,” said Luciano Sperduto, the resort’s director of food & beverage. “This year is going to be the biggest and best event yet.”
For just a bit more than the cost of admission to Epcot, you can enjoy the causeway full of food and wine, the beer garden, and the entertainment. Educational seminar experiences are an additional fee, but very much worth it too. Many guests book an overnight package at the Swan & Dolphin and attend both nights.
Individual ticket options can be purchased at www.SwanDolphinFoodandWineClassic.com. Advance-purchase, event-only tickets to enjoy unlimited tastings on the causeway as well as access to the beer garden are $145 per person (inclusive of tax and service fees).
