Although Marvel Studios’ big debut of Captain Marvel in the Marvel Cinematic Universe won’t arrive in theaters until March 8, the character known as Earth’s mightiest hero, will show up at several Disney Parks locations much sooner.
Starting next week, during the Marvel Day at Sea on the Disney Magic, Captain Marvel herself will show up to greet Disney Cruise Line guests. Later, she’ll have regular appearances in Disney California Adventure, Disneyland Paris, and Shanghai Disney Resort.
Here’s our first-ever look at this encounter with Captain Marvel:
Guests will also be encouraged to strike their most empowering pose and snap insta-worthy photos in front of walls at select Disney locations with the hashtag #HigherFurtherFaster and share them across social media.
If you’re a collector, keep an eye out starting today for Captain Marvel products available at retail and online locations including: Hasbro, Funko, LEGO, Invicta, Stance, Diff, Bioworld, Fast Forward, Her Universe, Jaya, C-Life and Mad Engine. Disney’s own shopDisney will have exclusive Captain Marvel toys, apparel and more, with items arriving at Disney Store retail locations in February. Amazon already has a line of apparel and books related to the upcoming movie too.
