One of our favorite places to go for a nice meal at Disney Springs used to be Wolfgang Puck Cafe. That location closed to make way for Jaleo, but the iconic Wolfgang Puck brand is sticking around in a newly constructed restaurant located just little bit away where it will open as Wolfgang Puck Bar & Grill. Construction has been moving along and advanced dining reservations are now available on the Walt Disney World website.
We still don’t have an official grand opening date, but guests are able to book a meal starting with lunch at 11AM on December 15, 2018. Dinner service starts at 5pm.

The new location will serve some of chef Wolfgang Puck’s signature dishes; delivering a taste of California cuisine to central Florida. We look forward to our first taste of the new menu and these classic dishes just in time for the winter holidays.
