Ooh la la! The September burger of the month from The Edison at Disney Springs is out and it’s a multi-layered delight that finds inspiration from a French Classic. The Croque Burger features The Edison’s signature beef blend of sirloin, short rib, and brisket burger topped with honey mustard, maple cured ham and Swiss on sourdough bread that has been dipped in egg then grilled. It’s like a Monte Cristo for adults.
