I can’t believe it’s already August. This year has gone by so fast, but that means its time for the third amazing Burger of the Month at The Edison in Disney Springs – the Brat Burger. I guess things aren’t that bad after all.
August marks the start of the fall harvest season, which has me thinking of great German beer and sausage. The Brat Burger features The Edison’s patty includes their delicious signature blend of sirloin, shortrib, brisket, and smoked bacon. It’s topped with juicy links of Unibroue beer-braised bratwurst, sauteģed onions and a spicy spread of mustard 24.
For pairings The Edison recommends the Weinhenstephan Hefeweissbier — a perfectly crafted German wheat beer that really will accompany the Bratwurst, onions and mustard in a true German fashion. Or pair with the Sin-Namon Spiced Apple which delivers flavors of apple and vanilla and a healthy does of sin. Go on, live it up!

The Edison is a lavish gothic steampunk designed restaurant and bar situated in the heart of Disney Springs’ The Landing district.
