Time-Lapse Video of “Frozen – Live at the Hyperion” construction

DCA-Frozen-1

It’s the newest show at Disney California Adventure, “Frozen – Live at the Hyperion” is a giant production with some amazing technology to make it all work. To get ready for the show, the interior of the Hyperion Theater was completely transformed. The goal? To immerse you in the world of Frozen from the moment you enter.

Disney has shared this time-lapse video that shows how complete the transformation was:

According to Disney, “‘Frozen – Live at the Hyperion’ brings Anna, Elsa, Kristoff, Sven and everyone’s favorite snowman Olaf to life on stage. The show stays true to the poignant journey of Anna and Elsa, while also presenting a unique take on the tale through elaborate costumes and sets, stunning special effects and show-stopping production numbers. It’s truly an unforgettable theatrical experience that will captivate the entire family.”

Show performance times can vary and Fastpass is recommended. If you want to splurge, there are both Lunch and Dinner packages that include your meal, a little pre-show fun, and a behind-the-scenes VIP adventure.

If you’re a fan of the show, what are your tips for where to set for the best view?
