Today we’re wrapping up our time travel trip back to 1973 and the early days of the Magic Kingdom. Courtesy former cast member Daniel Adams’ photos we’ve so far seen the park from on-high via the skyway and enjoyed the Main Street parade characters. Today we’ll explore more of Main Street U.S.A. and ride some famous Walt Disney World transportation options.
When you arrived at the Magic Kingdom in 1973 the park looked much like it does today, but somethings are gone:
The Floral Mickey is much the same (although the wall is now higher and gated
Many trees in Town Square… and what are those? Benches to sit on?
