I don’t know about other Disney fans, but the Nightmare Before Christmas DVD is on heavy rotation in our home starting in early October and running through December. The stop-motion animation classic evolved from a poem written by Tim Burton. This video features a reading of the original poem by Sir Christopher Lee.
Burton wrote the original poem in 1982 while working for Disney Animation. This video was originally released in 2008, but I think it’s worth sharing again, don’t you?
I agree with you “The Nightmare before Christmas” is a great movie for any time of the year. Our household also watches it from October – December. I think this movie has become a family staple. I enjoyed watching and listening to the video you posted above regarding the original poem. This information was new to me and I enjoyed discovering something new !
