It was “The Town That Disney Built” drawing the talents of the worlds best architects and urban planners, and then 350 lucky families who became the first residents and modern day pioneers of new urbanism. Now with more than 9,000 Celebration residents it’s time, once again, for the community to celebrate its special history during Founders Day Weekend 2011, November 11 – 13. The public is invited to join in the 15th anniversary festivities at The Taste of Celebration featuring live music and followed by a very special Fireworks Spectacular.
The Taste of Celebration will be November 12 in Downtown Celebration from 5 – 10 p.m. Celebration Town Center restaurants including: Café D’Antonio, Columbia, Shannon’s, Market Street Café, Seito, Thai Thani, Kilwins, Wine Imperium, and the Celebration Town Tavern will be offering the delicious items that put them on the map for this special occasion. With tables spread throughout the streets, visitors will be able to sit and enjoy selected tasty food items, music from The Reflections Band and a Firework Spectacular at 9 p.m.
