Tangled – Disney’s Next Sleeper Hit?

Walt Disney Studios has been inviting a few journalists in to preview an ‘in-progress’ version of Tangled and some clips of TRON: Legacy. It might be too early to get excited, but the buzz has been very positive for both films. This post on i09 claims Tangled ranks right up there with the best of Disney’s princess films.

Utoh, did I say princess film? The one thing that might do this film in is Disney Marketing’s mishandling of the film. It remains to be seen if changing the name to Tangled will make boys go see it. Those that do might be a bit shocked by how the film differs from what they’ve seen in the trailers.

Tangled hits theaters everywhere in Disney Digital 3D on November 24, 2010.
