VMK Ends Disneyland Quests

Disney’s MMORG Virtual Magic Kingdom (VMK) announced that as of June 3rd the In-Park quests at Disneyland will no longer be offered.

The in-Park Questing portion of VMK will be ending at Disneyland on June 3rd, 2007. When the Park closes on Sunday night, June 3rd, VMK Central in Tomorrowland will close and no longer redeem any Quest or distribute any Rewards.

Apparently this was a promotion only meant for the 50th celebration that was extended on a temporary basis. The actual game will continue as well as the kiosk on Main Street at Walt Disney World’s Magic Kingdom.

Unfortunately they don’t provide direct links, but if you scroll down the newsletter you can see the rest of the FAQs for Disneyland VMK.

  1. VMK isn’t in the parks now, and from what I heard they are going to try to slowly get rid of VMK. Disney didn’t think it was going to be so popular, and now they want to make money off of it.
