Actor and heart-throb Johnny Depp is finally settling down and marrying his long-time girlfriend, French actress and singer Vanessa Paradis. After a relationship of eight years the couple are expected to have a small ceremony at their home in the south of France. This is Depp’s second marraige.

My best to the lad and his family. Depp is a great father in my eyes. His love for his family comes through whenver he talks about them. It’s nice to see him putting a topper on it by getting wed.

Of course, this marraige means women everywhere can stop swooning over him now, right? But Captain Jack Sparrow will always be there.
