Robyn Miller at Tinselman has posted these wonderful fake tilt-shift effect photographs using a couple of old Disneyland aerial photographs for candidates and some photoshop-effects. The fake model look is surprisingly good.
I think this particular tilt-shift works so well because the park itself is nothing more than an enlarged miniature. That’s how Walt conceived and described it. So the scales and colors are over-emphasized for effect… artificial. It’s a great illustration of how the park grew from Walt’s infatuation with his trains!
