Boy gives up trip to Disney World for Hurricane Victims

In Chicago, 11-year old Mark has convinced his family to donate the $2500 they had saved up for a trip to Walt Disney World to assist the victims of Hurricane Katrina. What’s remarkable about this story, beyond the self-sacrifice young Mark is making, is that Mark battles cerebral palsy. I hope someone in a local wish granting organization is able to help Mark fufill both his wishes, to help hurricane victims and give his family a visit to Disney World.

  1. What an amazing story in this world of greed that we live in. That little boy deserves a stay twice as long and twice as grand as what he and his family had planned on.
