  1. Call me crazy, but asides from Disney’s Return to Oz, I know for a fact that when i was like 4 or 5 years old (I’m 25 now) I saw a Disney version of the first Wizard of OZ…..I know this cause the Tin Man, Scarecrow and Lion looked the same way in the first one as they did in the sequel. I remember a few key scenes….in the start, Dorothy’s Aunt and Uncle were really mean to her. I remember a scene where dorothy was captured by the witch and was tide to a pole, and the good witch kissed Dorothy on the forehead, and for some reason, that acted as a protection against the wicked witch. The last scene i remember was, each Dorothy, tinman, scarecrow, and lion all saw a different wizard of oz…one specific to each character….I think one was like a dragon or something, but i know for sure that the Cowardly Lion’s version of the wizard looked like a giant glowing Egg. I’ve had the vision of this movie in my mind for years and i’ve looked everywhere for it. I own Return to Oz on dvd and it drives me nuts cause I know that there was a part 1. In fact just before I wrote this blog, i found on ebay the soundtrack for it, and it shows a picture of Dorothy, Lion, Scarecrow, and Tin Man just as how i remember them. Can ANYBODY let me know where to find this version of Wizard of Oz? I haven’t seen it since i was like 4 or 5, like i said, and it would be awsome to see it again…but it’s impossible to find….even to do a search on Disney’r Wizard of Oz you can’t find it. Email me if you can help out.

    Thanks

    Ryan

  2. I am looking for any copy of two old Disney movies released in the 1960’s: “Chico, the Misunderstood Coyote,” and “Wild Burro of the Desert.”
They were filmed in Joshua Tree near the Keys’ Ranch. Thank you
