Model for Tinkerbell greets fans

Margaret Kerry was the original live-action model for Disney’s most famous pixie, Tinker Bell. This last week she met with fans at the travelling 50 years of Disneyland exhibit. She also has an autobiography, "Tinker Bell Talks," scheduled to be released soon. (Link)

Pirates II sails beyond the horizon

Reuters is reporting that the ‘Pirates’ sequel is set to take in a record $132 million this weekend shattering the $114 million amount set by the webslinger’s first film four years ago. Not too shabby for a film based on a Walt Disney theme park attraction.
