“American Idol” brings its annual “Disney Night” to Walt Disney World for an evening of performances featuring Disney songs, and here’s what you need to know.
The Details
When “American Idol” arrives for “Disney Night,” five singers are left in the competition: Abi Carter, Emmy Russell, Jack Blocker, Triston Harper and Will Moseley.
And by the end of Sunday’s two-hour broadcast on ABC, we’ll know which three are headed to the grand finale of the show on May 19th.
The songlist features an eclectic mixture of tunes, some that were written for classic Disney movies, and others that were merely featured in Disney-owned films during pivotal moments.
Mentoring will be country superstar Kane Brown, and Jenifer Lewis (“The Princess and the Frog”) will also perform.
