Disney has made improvements to its dining reservation system, including the ability to see multiple days of availability at once for restaurants at Disneyland Resort and Walt Disney World.
The Details
Previously guests could only search for available times at a restaurant on a single day. If they needed to check another day, they’d have to restart the search.
But now, guests can see dining availability for MULTIPLE days at a time within a 10-day search window for a single restaurant.
Not finding times that will work on one day? Now specify up to 10 days around that date and all available times will pop up.
Here is my search for 50’s Prime Time Cafe at Disney’s Hollywood Studios.
I searched for a specific date to start. Then on the next page, under the available times is a link to search for additional days. I clicked on that and was allowed to input a date range of up to 10 consecutive days. Clicking next brought up a list of available times for each of those dates I selected.
This is a great new feature if you really want to get a particular restaurant reservation but are a bit flexible on the dates.
I tried it on both the Disneyland and Walt Disney World websites, as well as the My Disney Experience and Disneyland mobile apps, and the feature is working on all.
Once you’ve given it a try, let me know what you think of this new dining reservation feature.
