As part of the continued transformation of the new Pixar Place Hotel at Disneyland Resort, its main restaurant, Great Maple, will open to guests on November 15, 2023.
The Details
As we mentioned previously SoCal restaurant brand Great Maple will open location inside the hotel, and also handle other food service for the hotel.
Located on the ground floor of the hotel, this Southern California-based modern American eatery brand specializes in playful takes on upscale comfort food.
Serving breakfast, lunch, and dinner, the all-day menu features dishes like Buttermilk Fried Chicken & Maple Bacon Doughnuts, a Cajun Shrimp & Cheddar Biscuit Benedict, and the Soda Pop-Braised Baby Back Ribs.
Plant-based offerings include a Falafel Wrap, Portobello Mushroom Fries, and a Modern Caesar salad.
Great Maple will operate on a walk-in basis for the first week of its opening, then will accept reservations beginning November 21, 2023.
The Hotel
Disneyland Resort’s transformation of Disney’s Paradise Pier Hotel is almost complete, and an opening date for the official first day of the Pixar Place Hotel has been set for future guests.
Guests will be able to stay at the first fully Pixar-themed hotel in the United States beginning January 30, 2024. The hotel is welcoming guests during this transformation, but that is the date the hotel will be fully Pixar-ized.
