Walt Disney World has announced that Disney’s upcoming film “Wish” will illuminate Spaceship Earth at EPCOT starting November 22, the day the film comes to theaters.
The Details
Disney says the song “I’m a Star” from the “Wish” soundtrack will inspire the short show on the attraction, which will come alive with special colors and lights to the music.
No word on how long “Wish” will be a part of the nightly shows on Spaceship Earth, so if you want to see it, don’t wait.
The Song
“I’m a Star” features the flora and fauna denizens of the Kingdom of Rojas singing with the film’s Asha and her pet goat Valentino, after Asha wishes on Star.

The Film
Disney Animation Studios’ “Wish” is an all-new animated musical-comedy welcoming audiences to the magical kingdom of Rosas.
Here, 17-year old Asha (voiced by Ariana DeBose), a sharpwitted idealist, makes a wish so powerful that it is answered by a cosmic force…a little ball of boundless energy called Star.
Together, Asha and Star, along with Asha’s pet goat Valentino (voiced by Alan Tudyk), must confront a most formidable foe – King Magnifico (voiced by Chris Pine), the ruler of Rosas – to save her community and prove that when the will of one courageous human connects with the magic of the stars, wondrous things can happen.
Disney’s “Wish” is in theaters November 22, 2023.
