Walt Disney World has revealed new dishes are now on the menus at Disney’s Animal Kingdom, along with Disney’s Wilderness Lodge, Disney’s Coronado Springs Resort, and Disney’s Caribbean Beach Resort.
Whether you love savory or sweet, here are all the new dishes Disney foodies will want to try, along with where to find them (there’s quite a few new plant-based dishes, too!):
Disney’s Animal Kingdom
Flame Tree Barbecue
Plant-based eaters have a new dish to enjoy, the IMPOSSIBLE Burnt Ends served with french fries and coleslaw on the side.
Also new is the French Fries with Pulled Pork and Cheese.
Harambe Market
Three new bowls are now available – the Chicken and Shrimp Rice Bowl, Chicken Rice Bowl, and Shrimp Rice Bowl. Each dish features jollof rice with kachumbari tomato salad and tzatziki sauce and you can choose between chermoula-marinated chicken, peri peri-marinated shrimp, or both to top it off.
The Shrimp Bowl is also available in a kid’s portion, and comes with peri peri-marinated shrimp, white rice, and a Cuties Mandarin Orange.
The new Beef and Lamb Kofta Pita combines house-made beef and lamb kofta with a deliciously refreshing tzatziki sauce, chermoula, and house-made chips.
There’s also a plant-based version, the IMPOSSIBLE Kofta Pita, made with IMPOSSIBLE kofta accompanied by a plant-based aïoli, chermoula, and house-made chips.
The Harambe Salad features quinoa, grilled corn, black-eyed peas, and crispy chickpeas topped with a tasty chermoula-herbed vinaigrette, along with a choice of chermoula-marinated chicken or shrimp.
For those wondering, chermoula is a North African sauce made of fresh herb, and is similar to the Latin Chimichurri sauce.
And finally, those seeking a sweet treat can try the new Mango Passion Fruit Cheesecake.
Kusafiri Coffee Shop & Bakery
Joining the menu for breakfast is the Egg and Bacon Croissant Sandwich with Tomato Pepper Relish. This item features a croissant with a cheese omelet, crispy bacon, and tomato-pepper relish served with potato barrels.
Also for breakfast is the Breakfast Totchos with Eggs, Bacon, and Cheese. It combines potato barrels, scrambled eggs, nacho cheese sauce, cheese curds, and crumbled bacon.
Later in the day, come back and try the plant-based IMPOSSIBLE Gatsby, which is a pita pocket with plant-based picadillo, tomato-pepper relish, and crispy potato sticks, topped with a plant-based aïoli.
Also new is the Harissa Chicken Wrap, which brings together harissa chicken salad with vegetables and an avocado spread rolled in a spinach tortilla.
Both items are served with house-made potato chips too.
Pizzafari
New to Pizzafari, the Plant-based Italian Sausage is served with a side salad with Italian dressing.
Or try the new side dish, the Antipasto Side Salad, featuring Pepperoni, Roasted Red Peppers, Olives, Cucumbers, Artichoke Hearts, and Mozzarella tossed in Italian Dressing.
Pongu Pongu
A decadent new Cinnamon Roll topped with icing, edible pearls and sprinkles has been added to the menu, along with the Stuffed Pancake Sandwich described below.
Tamu Tamu Refreshments
New snacks have hit the menu, including the DOLE Whip Orange Soda Float with strawberry syrup on top, which joins the classic DOLE Whip Float with DOLE pineapple juice.
For those 21 and older, try DOLE Whip Hard Cider Float featuring DOLE Whip and ACE Pineapple Craft Cider.
Drinkwallah, Pongu Pongu, Trek Snacks, and select outdoor carts
The salty-sweet breakfast combination has been taken to the next level with the Stuffed Pancake Sandwich. It’s filled with sausage, guava paste, egg, and cheese, though I’m told you can also get it without the sweet guava paste.
Disney’s Caribbean Beach Resort
Banana Cabana
Keeping the Caribbean flavors in mind, the new Banana Cabana Burger features Caribbean barbecue, tomatillo-jalapeño cream cheese, and pineapple salsa with plantain crunch, and is served with french fries.
The Grilled Wings now feature two new sauce flavors – Rum Barbecue and Guava Buffalo – in addition to the original Jamaican Jerk.
For those of you who love seafood, there are two new items you should try poolside – the Seafood Fritters served with a passion fruit aïoli and the Coconut Shrimp served with citrus-chili sauce and french fries.
Pro-tip: Visit on Fridays and Saturdays when Banana Cabana features a live steel drum band.
Disney’s Coronado Springs Resort
Three Bridges Bar and Grill at Villa del Lago
New to the menu is the Korean Fried Chicken Bao Buns which are paired with lime mayo, sweet-and-spicy gochujang sauce, ‘kimchi’ pickles, and radish.

The Chicken Mole Poblano is another must-try with a sweet corn-Oaxacan cheese tamale, rich mole poblano sauce, and radish.
Three Bridges Signature Burger is not your average burger. It comes topped with bacon marmalade, sun-dried tomato jam, smoked gouda queso, crispy vegetables, and arugula, and is served with smoked paprika fries.

The Warm Churros are still on the menu, but now feature three dipping sauces: tequila caramel, spiced chocolate, and mango-chamoy.
And the Coconut Flan with passionfruit sauce, mango, and hibiscus that appeared during Women’s History Month is a permanent menu item.
Three libations are now on the bar menu, as well.
