Hulu has announced it will once again serve as the official streaming destination of the ESSENCE Festival of Culture, presented by Coca-Cola, and co-sponsored by Disney.

The ESSENCE Festival of Culture celebrates Black music and culture, and this year’s event will celebrate Hip-Hop’s undeniable legacy on its 50th anniversary.
This year Disney returns to the ESSENCE Festival of Culture as a major entertainment sponsor to celebrate Black culture and community across its brands, content, talent, and experiences through performances, panels, and more.
The official Hulu livestream will feature performances from all three of the festival’s evening concert headliners: Ms. Lauryn Hill, Missy Elliott, and Megan Thee Stallion.
The livestream will also feature other artists including Doug E. Fresh, Jermaine Dupri, Ludacris, Janelle Monae, Jill Scott, Eve, Salt-N-Pepa, T.I., Ice Cube, Ice-T, Remy Ma, Trina, Gucci Mane, Big Boi, Lil Jon, Monica, Big Daddy Kane, Slick Rick, and Jagged Edge.
Celebrity hosts including Rocsi, Ed Lover, Big Tigger, Pretty Vee, and more will share highlights from the daytime experiences and exclusive virtual-only content, before viewers are taken inside the Superdome for what are sure to be epic live music performances.

How to Watch
ESSENCE Fest Primetime will livestream on Hulu for its subscribers, live from New Orleans, from Friday, June 30 through Sunday, July 2.
The livestream will be active nightly during that time period from 7pm – 11:59pm CT.
