Disney pin traders get ready! Registration opens on Tuesday, June 13 for Disney Magic HAP-Pins 2023 pin trading event, taking place Saturday, August 26 at Disney’s Coronado Springs Resort Convention Center.
About the Event
This special event will celebrate the timeless tradition of Disney pin trading with exclusive Disney pin trading opportunities and activities.
Attendees can also look forward to experiencing this year’s pin collection, which will feature beloved characters in new and exciting ways.
And while the event is technically a one-day event, guests can also get access to the pin trading area on Friday, August 25 during event check-in hours. Due to space limitations, each event attendee may bring one bag up to 24” x 15” x 18” (61cm x 38cm x 46cm) in size into the event area.
Whether someone is an experienced pin collector or looking for their very first pin to start their collection, there is sure to be something for everyone.

Package Details
There are two guest packages for the Disney Magic HAP-Pins event.
The Apprentice Package includes the following:
- Access to trading area on August 25 during event check-in
- Admission to the Disney Magic HAP-Pins Event on August 26
- Opportunity to participate in the Random Selection Process (“RSP”) to purchase event pins prior to the August 26 event
- Access to trading activities with Disney
- Access to trading area with other event guests
- Opportunity to meet Disney Pin Partners and preview upcoming pins
- Pin Artist Signings
- Limited Edition Commemorative Gifts – Approximately $50 in retail value.
- Welcome Pin
- Goodbye Pin
- Lanyard with Credential
The Sorcerer Package includes the following:
- Access to trading area on August 25 during event check-in.
- Admission to the Disney Magic HAP-Pins Event on August 26
- Opportunity to participate in the Random Selection Process (“RSP”) to purchase event pins prior to the August 26 event
- Access to trading activities with Disney
- Access to trading area with other event guests
- Opportunity to meet Disney Pin Partners and preview upcoming pins
- Pin Artist Signings
- Preferences for each round of the Random Selection Process of event pins will be processed first
- Dedicated check in line at event check in on August 25
- One (1) hour (9am-10am) exclusive early access to event offerings on August 26
- Access to a trading activity exclusive to the Sorcerer Package event guests
- Limited Edition Commemorative Gifts – Approximately $90 in retail value.

Registration
Registration for the Disney Magic HAP-Pins event will begin at 1pm EST on June 13, 2023.
Guests wishing to attend the Disney Magic HAP-Pins Event will need to select one of the following event packages (just click on the link):
- Apprentice Package – Admission is $100 per Guest.
- Sorcerer Package – Admission is $200 per Guest.
For Apprentice Packages, a guest may purchase one (1) Apprentice Package per guest per registration. For Sorcerer Packages, a guest may purchase up to two (2) Sorcerer Packages – one for themselves and one for a second guest, per registration.
Each adult must log into their own Disney Account before purchasing an event ticket.
A virtual “waiting room” will open one hour prior to event registration going live. When registration opens, the purchaser will be placed in the virtual queue in random order, regardless of how early they joined the registration page. All those who enter after booking begins, will be placed based on order
of arrival.
