Pride 2023
Throughout June, the culinary teams at various Disney Springs restaurants and shops will be celebrating Pride Month 2023 with rainbowed food and drink. Here’s what to find and where:
Amorette’s Patisserie (Available June 1 through 30)
- Pride Roulade: Green apple mousse roulade with buttercream and a pride Mickey garnish
Chef Art Smith’s Homecomin’ (Available June 1 through 30)
- Pride-themed Jumbo Squeeze Bottles: 22-ounce Pride-themed jumbo squeeze bottles available for purchase with the Shine on Tap (Refills available)
Coca-Cola Store (Available June 1 through 30)
- Simply Rainbow: Simply Orange, ICEE Blue Raspberry, and grenadine topped with gummy candy
The Ganachery (Available June 1 through 20)
- Pride Chocolate Piñata: Chocolate piñata filled with marshmallow treats

Everglazed Donuts & Cold Brew (Available June 1 through 30)
- Pride Donut: A vanilla glazed donut features a kaleidoscope of celebratory candy confetti, vanilla buttercream dusted with edible glitter, and a sour belt rainbow gummy.
- Pride 6-Pack: Showcases the full-color spectrum of the rainbow with 6 individually colored donuts.
Frontera Cocina (Available June 1 through 30)
- Luv It Cocktail: Featuring Tequila Tromba blanco, Ilegal mezcal joven, Ten To One rum, watermelon purée, lime juice, spicy Hagave spiced nectar, and cherry bitters.
Gideon’s Bakehouse (Available June 1 through 30)
- Rainbow Crunch Cake: A slice of fluffy 3-Layer Vanilla Confetti Cake, covered with their extraordinary multi-colored Marshmallow Buttercream and laced with mega crunchy Rainbow Crumbs.
Paddlefish (Available June 1 through 30)
- Kendra’s Loud & Proud Cocktail: The June cocktail of the month with grenadine, pineapple juice, elderflower liqueur, and Islamorada Hibiscus Gin served in the classic Paddlefish glass garnished with cherry, orange, lemon, blackberry, and a mint sprig
Splitsville Luxury Lanes (Available June 1 through 30)
- Pride Cake: A multi-layered, multi-colored decadent cake
The Edison
The Mixology Sunset Dinner Series returns on June 15 and 22, featuring an elevated three-course menu and craft cocktail pairings. Each day has two seatings – a non-smoking at 5:30pm for $75 per person (+ tax/gratuity), and dinner/cocktail pairing with a cigar finish for $95 per person (+ tax/gratuity). Food Trucks in Exposition Park
Disney says its Mac & Cheese food truck will be closed by the end of this month. A new food concept will replace it in the near future, but details are to come as to what.
Local Green Orlando, 4 Rivers Cantina Barbacoa, and Hot Diggity Dogs will still be available to enjoy.
Gideon’s Bakehouse
Gideon’s Bakehouse is a must-stop for a Disney Springs foodie, and there are several limited items to enjoy in June:
- Sea Turtle Cookie: This new flavor features premium Chocolate, Homemade Caramel, and whole Candied Pecans sprinkled with Gideon’s signature Sea Salt. A portion of sales from this cookie will support Florida’s Sea Turtle Conservancy, the world’s oldest sea turtle research and conservation group. Limit 2 per person while supplies last each day.
- Sea Turtle Cake: This cake by the slice is made of soft Chocolate Cake completely covered in a wonderful Butter Pecan Buttercream, laced with Caramel, and topped with Candied Pecans. Available every Wednesday and Saturday throughout June, while supplies last each day.
Salt & Straw
The limited ice cream flavors for June 2023 at Salt & Straw are part of the “Upcycled Foods” series, created by upcycling all kinds of incredible food ingredients.
- Cacao Pulp & Chocolate Stracciatella Gelato: S&S’s signature chocolate stracciatella gelato with pure cacao pulp by Blue Stripes Urban Cacao melted in.
- Day-Old Bread Pudding & Chocolate Ganache: Urban Gleaners’s day-old loaves are turned into cinnamon French toast bread pudding that is then layered with a generous helping of chocolate ganache.
- Lemon Curd & Whey: The Spare Food Co.’s light, refreshing, whey-based Lemon & Ginger sparkling tonic is whipped into a creamy gelato.
- Malted Chocolate Barley Milk (v): Evergrain spent barley saved from the beer brewing process is mixed into a chocolate vegan ice cream, with candied fig jam. This flavor is Vegan.
- Salted Caramel & Okara Cupcakes (v): Renewal Mill okara – a delicate flour upcycled from soy – is frosted with vegan caramel, they fold into a sweet bed of oat milk ice cream. This flavor is Vegan.
Sprinkles
The bakery is offering several limited cupcake flavors throughout June 2023 for a Disney Springs foodie. Here are some of the flavors:
- Through June 19: Lemon Meringue – A graham cracker lined fragrant lemon cake filled with lemon curd and topped with toasted marshmallow
- Through June 25: Pride Sprinkle – A festive birthday cake filled with nonpareils, topped with strawberry frosting and finished with a nonpareil rim.
- June 9-11: Flamin’ Hot Cheetos – A vanilla cake, filled with Flamin’ Hot Cheetos, topped with creamy white cheddar frosting, and dusted with crushed spicy Cheetos.
- June 19-July 9: Lemon Bar – A pie crust lined vanilla cake features a lemon curd core and is topped with vanilla buttercream, a pie crust rim, and more lemon curd.
- June 26-July 30: S’more – A graham cracker lined Belgian dark chocolate cake filled with bittersweet chocolate ganache and topped with toasted marshmallow frosting.
