Where are my hockey fans at? You’ll want to be at Disneyland Resort this weekend, as the NHL’s Stanley Cup will be making an appearance at Downtown Disney District April 29-30, 2023.
The Details
The iconic sports trophy returns to the Downtown Disney District, and will be located between Splitsville Luxury Lanes and Tortilla Jo’s.
Guests who visit between the hours of noon and 7pm on both Saturday, April 29, and Sunday, April 30, can take photos with the Stanley Cup.
Plus, stay and play air hockey with friends and family, and take home ESPN keepsakes.
The event is to promote the airing of the Stanley Cup Playoffs action live on ABC, ESPN, and ESPN+, among other networks, which began April 17, 2023.
Past Appearances
In 2022, the Stanley Cup also appeared at Downtown Disney before crossing the country for a stint on display at Disney Springs.
We haven’t heard of any Walt Disney World dates for this year, but we will let you know if anything is announced.
Disneyland also hosted the NHL’s Anaheim Ducks for a weekend earlier this year in January.
