Today is not only Disney+ Day 2022, but it’s the world debut of the new live-action “Pinocchio” movie, and Walt Disney World is celebrating with a limited-edition Monstro Tiki mug inspired by the film.
About the Mug
The “Pinocchio” tiki mug is an homage to the gigantic whale from the movie, named Monstro.
Dwelling in the depths of the ocean, Monstro is a creature of monstrous proportions and is infamous for swallowing anything in his path.
That’s right…it’s a whale Tiki Mug.
I have no idea how big it is, or even where you grab it to take a drink, but Disney says “the new mug will be sold with a choice of either the new Whale of a Tale or Treacherous Waters (Non-Alcoholic) cocktails, while supplies last.”
A different whale tiki mug was released in the spring at Disneyland, and sold out in a matter of minutes.
Where to Find It
If you happen to be at Walt Disney World today (or know a friend/family member who is), the limited time Monstro Tiki mug is only available to purchase at Trader Sams Grog Grotto and Tiki Terrace at Disney’s Polynesian Village Resort.
Disney hasn’t mentioned how much it costs, either.
