In addition to the return of the “Festival of Fantasy” Parade, Walt Disney World has announced “Mickey’s Magical Friendship Faire” is coming back with slight changes, along with a new Calvacade.
“Mickey’s Magical Friendship Faire” will return to the Cinderella Castle Forecourt Stage beginning February 25, 2022, where it will be performed multiple times a day for guests.
It will feature an all-new, original song entitled “Where the Magic Feels Like Home,” along with a new opening and a new finale with Mickey Mouse and all his friends in their Walt Disney World 50th Anniversary celebration EARidescent fashions.
Can’t wait until then for something new? The super-sized “Disney Adventure Friends Cavalcade!” kicks off on February 11 in Magic Kingdom.
It will feature the Magic Kingdom debut of Miguel from “Coco,” plus Nick and Judy from “Zootopia,” Baloo and King Louie from “The Jungle Book,” José Carioca and Panchito from “The Three Caballeros,” Merida, Moana, The Incredibles, and more.
I’m glad to see the parades and shows returning to Magic Kingdom as they are part of my favorite things to enjoy at the park.
