Sneak Peek at Pixar’s Onward in Disney’s Hollywood Studios

Pixar Onward

Disney and Pixar fans get ready for a quest of epic proportions. The extended sneak peek of Pixar’s “Onward” is now playing inside Disney’s Hollywood Studios. Head to the Walt Disney Presents attraction then walk through all the way to the back where you’ll find the Walt Disney Theater.

Before you head inside to see the special preview, check out two maquettes of the elf brothers from the film and a load of concept art and character designs.

We enjoyed the sneak peek. We only caution that if you like to remain largely spoiler-free, you may want to skip this preview as a few extra plot points you don’t see in the regular trailers are revealed.

One of the big things we loved about the extended sneak peek was the look at all the fairy tale characters. They feel similar to the Monsters, Inc universe, which makes sense since Onward’s director Dan Scanlon also worked on the Monsters, Inc series and directed Monsters University. We also love how the world created for the movie is a reflection of ours, which opens itself up for a lot of sight gags and visual puns the audience will enjoy.

Whether or not, you get to see the sneak peek at Walt Disney World, Disneyland or the Disney Cruise, you might enjoy this behind the scenes look at the making of the film

In case you missed it, here’s the latest trailer for “Onward.”
