Downtown Disney foodie update for a fun February

The Patina Restaurant Group’s four restaurants have been a mainstay of delicious food, drink, and entertainment for nearly as long as Downtown Disney District has been open at the Disneyland Resort in Anaheim, CA. This month they’re highlighting three reasons to celebrate and matching menu items at Uva Bar & Café, Tortilla Jo’s and Catal that you won’t want to miss on your next Disney dining experience.

February Burger of the Month + Beer Pairing at Uva Bar & Café

Head to Uva Bar & Café and feast your eyes on the February Burger of the Month — the “Holy Mole Burger.” This mouth-watering burger is made with Angus beef marinated in spice and citrus flavors, house-made mole sauce, Asadero cheese, fiesta slaw, avocado aioli, tortilla strips, and served with garlic fries, all for just $20. To quench your thirst after each bite the Uva Bar suggests pairing your burger with the Estrella Jalisco/Golden Road Mango Michelada, a unique spin on the classic michelada flavor with an authentic LA twist ($18).

Celebrate National Margarita Day with a Special Promo at Tortilla Jo’s

Celebrate the best cocktail holiday of the year, National Margarita Day, on Saturday, February 22, inside Tortilla Jo’s in Downtown Disney. You are invited to sip on a Jo’s Casa Margarita made with Tortilla Jo’s 100% blue agave tequila and Jo’s margarita mix, blended or on the rocks, for only $10. We never say no to a well made house magarita at Tortilla Jo’s!

Enjoy Exclusive Tapas for a Limited Time During Food & Wine Festival at Catal

Catal Restaurant is gearing up for the 2020 Food & Wine Festival with its own exclusive tapas menu to complement the occasion. Between February 28 and April 21 you can indulge in smoked salmon crostini made with whipped ricotta and basil pesto, burrata and prosciutto drizzled with balsamic gastrique, and hand shucked oysters served with champagne and black pepper mignonette. These specialty tapas are available daily from 3 to 5 p.m. for $8 each.

I never need a reason to visit any of these great restaurants n Downtown Disney District, but these three promotions are worth making a special trip. Let us know if you plan to have a magical dining experience and try one or more!
