When the sun goes down this holiday season, EPCOT’s classic Living with the Land boat cruise takes on a new seasonal hue with the addition of “Merry and Bright Nights.” Sparkling lights and holiday displays have been to the greenhouse portions of the attraction, which normally isn’t open to guests after sunset.
Jared and Molly stopped by for a visit and sent in this video showing the greenhouse portion of the ride. The first and last parts of the ride remain the same as the daytime experience:
Keep in mind that the lights only really work after the sun goes down. So you may want to hold off on riding until after dark, or ride twice!
It’s actually not unusual for “Living with the Land” to get some holiday decorations this time of year. It’s just that in 2019, the holiday decorations team at Walt Disney World has really stepped it up a few notches.
The special Merry and Bright Nights fun runs through the end of the 2019 EPCOT International Festival of the Holidays on December 30.
