Maria & Enzo’s in Disney Springs is celebrating Carnevale now through March 5, 2019 nightly from 5 – 10pm. The Disney Blog was invited to attend one of the first nights to see what it was all about. Carnevale is a traditional Italian festival dating back to the 12th century in Venice, Italy and still continues to this day. Maria & Enzo’s brings this celebration to life with authentic cuisine, outstanding entertainment and activities all while surrounded in a decorated and colorful setting.
The feast of Carnevale package is $45 a person. This includes a 5 course experience with drinks, appetizers, entree, and dessert. It also includes a front row seat for all entertainment with stilt walkers, dancers, jugglers, singers, face painters, musicians, and even a hand painted mask to take home as a memento!
Here’s a look at some of the food we enjoyed during the event:
If you are looking for a unique and festive experience, consider attending Carnevale. We recommend this overall and think it was an excellent value for the price. The food portions were plentiful and tasted great. The favorites of the night were the burrata caprese and meatballs with whipped ricotta. Whether it is date night, girl’s night out or a family affair, Carnevale has something to offer. The atmosphere was fun, lively and never had a dull moment!
Thanks to Caitlyn Elliott and Tiffany Dehn for going to cover this event for The Disney Blog. You can find them on instagram at Caitlynatthecastle.
