If you’re at Disney Springs and have a hunger for a burger that won’t let you down? Never fear, the Edison’s popular Burger of the Month series is back for 2019. Expect a delicious new creation every month starting the New Year with a New York deli inspired burger.
“The Double Stack Deli Burger” features a cooked to order patty that is a blend of sirloin, short rib, and brisket. It is topped with thinly sliced hot pastrami, corn chips, spicy mustard, and pickles. Served with The Edison’s famous hand-cut fries.
The Edison is the steam-punk themed establishment that’s a calm enjoyable restaurant by day and a fun energetic club at night. Good food and drinks all around. Just watch out for those stilt walkers.
