We hope you’re hungry because The Edison at Disney Springs has just revealed it’s Burger of the Month for October and it’s a monster. The Edison’s new Burger of the Month is no exception. The Triple Threat Burger is the perfect trifecta featuring a juicy ground pork burger topped with sliced BBQ pork loin and crispy bacon. Featuring the flavors of fall, it’s garnished with caramelized apples and is served on a pretzel roll with a side of fries.
They say good things come in threes and the Triple Threat looks like it will leave you satiated, satisfied, and content.
To truly get into spirit of the season, The Edison is also offering a specially crafted custom cocktail. Opt for the perfect pairing by ordering the “Hallo Hooch,” a well-crafted blend of Redemption Rye, Bailey’s Pumpkin Spice, Domaine de Canton, and Cinnamon Cordial shaken over ice and topped with ground cinnamon.
The Edison is more than just a restaurant, it’s a place to celebrate in the unique steampunk inspired speakeasy fashion. At night the space really comes alive with live entertainment and dancing. My favorite time to visit is while the sun sets over the lake. Grab a drink and a burger and enjoy the unique view.
