Wine Bar George, the fabulous new home for wine aficionados and lovers at Disney Springs, is ready to host its first wine party. It will be a late night of wine tasting along with cheese and charcuterie. The focus of the first party is the family winemaker Honig wines.
Honig wines makes its home in Napa Valley. It’s focused on sustainable wine making and is known for its Cabernet Sauvignon and Sauvignon Blanc varieties. Production of their award winning wines includes the elimination of pesticides and herbicides, use of solar energy, and earning a variety of green certifications.
Master Sommelier George Miliotes will pouring Honig wine on Thursday July 12 from 10pm to Midnight. Tickets are $50 and can be secured on Eventbrite.
