Disney Cruise Line held a special live preview of one scene from “Tangled: The Musical.” The show has been specially designed for the Disney Magic and will show in the Walt Disney Theatre.
This first look picks up after Rapunzel and Flynn Rider escape pursuit only to have Maximus discover them in forest. It includes a new song, “When she returns” composed by Alan Menken. Jump ahead to the 7 minute mark, that’s when the preview begins.

It has all the hallmarks of a great stage show and I’m impressed with the Maximus puppet. Now to start saving pennies for a cruise on the Disney Magic, right?
