A new TV special will feature the gang from Pixar’s Toy Story in their latest escapade – Toy Story That Time Forgot. Here’s the synopsis:
During a post-Christmas play date, Woody, Buzz and the Toy Story gang find themselves in uncharted territory when the coolest set of action figures ever turn out to be dangerously delusional. It’s all up to Trixie, the triceratops, if the gang hopes to return to Bonnie’s room.
And here’s the latest tv commercial:
Watch the special when it premieres December 2 at 8pm|7c on ABC.
Loved how I can’t enjoy a new show without it being immediately marketed to us.
Once it came on we were excited and loved seeing our beloved characters, then the commercial advertising toys for this one time special came on and I was disgusted. Obviously the only reason Disney spent a few computer hours on this was to raise what they hope was millions.
I understand this, but too make it so obvious is dumbfounding. It’s like instead of being subtle Disney is saying. ” Hey, you like this now buy it for your kids! ” It’s kind of like the early 20th century before commercials directed straight at kids were banned, but now they try their hardest to get as close as they can. Completely ruining any family movie time for me.
