If you’re out and about in central Florida and wondering just what sort of family friendly fun can be had in a Corn Maze, you should head down to St. Cloud (just east of of the 15 (Narcossee) on the 192) for Tinney Farms Corn Maze and Fall Festival.
It’s the first year for a Corn Maze and fall festival to be held in this part of central Florida. Normally you have to drive up north a bit to find one. The Tinney’s have set it up so the corn maze is what I would call intermediate level. It’s very child friendly with wide lanes and the nature of corn means you never really feel enclosed. If you want to make it more difficult, try exploring the scavenger hunt they’ve set up throughout the maze.
The corn maze is open every Thur-Sun now through November 1, but on Saturday’s they invite local vendors in and turn it into a fall festival. Hours for Thu, Fri and Sun are 10-5 and Saturday is 9-6.
Just announced last night, Tinney Farms will add 6 nights of Haunted Corn Maze fun to the event. October 23, 24, 25, 30, 31, and November 1 from 8pm to 11pm, you and your friends can explore the maze in a spooky “children of the corn” sort of way.
The best part of this is how affordable the whole experience is. Admission is just $5 and it includes the maze, games, and even a hay ride.
I hope we can get out there and support the farm!
This reminds me of going to the farms back home in Oregon. Perfect this time of year!
Went to the maze today. Took my children, my mom, and my niece and nephew. Had the best time got to do everything and it stayed very affordable. Recommend it to everyone and look forward to it next yr. Thanks Travis Tinney. U have done an amazing thing!
