I grew up in Oregon where the Cannon Beach Sand Castle contest was a yearly must do. It takes considerable skill, patience, and artistry to pull off the perfect sand sculpture, then when you add in the vagaries of central Florida weather, you really take the difficulty level up a notch.
That’s why the crew that created Olaf from Disney’s Frozen out of sand is so impressive. Check out this wonderful Time-Lapse video of the process:
This Olaf sand sculpture was created to help promote the Frozen Summer Fun LIVE at Disney’s Hollywood Studios and is located in front of the park. Be sure to stop and admire it before heading in through the gates.
