Walt Disney died this day in 1966 from Lung Cancer. Many of his dreams changed the world and others, like EPCOT Center, still could. After the tragedy of yesterday, Walt’s belief that children have the power to remind us what is really important and to bring peace and harmony to our small world is a message I hope spreads around the world beginning today. Walt was just one man, it started with him, but you carry on his dream of a better tomorrow. Hug a child today and tell them they can make a difference, end hunger, vanquish poverty, and rid the world of prejudice. These things are within our reach, but it starts with you.
