Bob Billingslea is the Walt Disney Co.’s vice president of corporate urban affairs, which puts him in charge of the company’s minority-outreach efforts. He’s been active in the community and the Urban League and has served the mouse and the community for 42 years.
Billingslea is retiring next month and gave a short interview to Jason Garcia at the Orlando Sentinel. I am a big believer that Disney’s strength as a company lies in large part in its diversity. That makes Billingslea a key part of the company and we wish him well in his retirement.
