First, a tropical depression has formed in the Caribbean and looks likely to reach hurricane strength this week. This is not a rumor, but it’s not likely to affect Central Florida either. I’ll post again if things change.
Second, the Disney Gossip blog has some very interesting Magic Kingdom rumors. I just heard the one about the parade myself the other day.
The Kim Possible attraction has been testing again in EPCOT. The Kiosk is in Future World but your mission could be anywhere in the park.
A stunt actor at Lights, Motors, Action at Disney’s Hollywood Studios was injured last week. But the show was open on Monday. Apparently the performer is doing well.
At Disney’s Animal Kingdom, the decision to shelve the “Rivers of Light” parade and the boutique themepark, means that plans are moving forward to finally re-do Camp Minnie-Mickey. Real estate is precious in that area of the park, but it’s away from any animal programs, so there is room to do some ‘thrill-ride’ type stuff.
Last, but not least, MouseSteps has a great set of photos taken of recent construction going on around the resort including the TreeHouse Villas, Downtown Disney improvements, and Bay Lake Towers.
Walked in through the international gateway today and they were giving people missions there as well, fyi.
