Miley Cyrus, aka Hannah Montana, rocked the Kids Choice Awards on Saturday and took home trophies for favorite female singer and TV actress. Her performance of her hit song, ”GNO — Girls Night Out’ was one of the shows big moments. 88 million votes were cast this year, which more than doubles last year’s record number of 40 million.
