Earlier today, a security dog at the Disney Cruise ship "Disney Magic" sniffed a package mailed to one of the crew members in just that way that alerts security personnel to a suspicious article. Out of caution, the ship was evacuated and the package examined. It turned out to be a harmless wireless device for a laptop.
Since the alert happened during the load/unload section of the ship’s turn around, only a few passengers were evacuated. However, the cruise was delayed in its departure before the all clear was given. (Read)
