Rumored to be a totally new theme park design, the Disney Shanghai themepark appears to have run into a little trouble getting cooperation with the local government. This has never deterred the Disney Company in the past, they just choose a second location and then play the two governments off each other until one capitulates to Disney’s demands (see Long Beach vs. Anaheim).
