A case being brought by the granddaughter of A.A Milne was rejected by the US Supreme Court today. This short AP story isn’t giving all the details, by far. The case was essentially an attempt by Disney to pull and end-run on the Slesinger suit. However the Slesinger suit was dismissed by a State Court in 2004. Looks like Disney is in the clear to exploit the poor little pooh bear as much as they’d like from now until infinity.
