Having a two-year old has made me an old fuddy duddy. We stayed home and slept, as best we could through the onslaught of neighborhood fireworks, into the new year. Not so Whit. He took his family to the Disneyland Resort for NYE, damn the warnings of mega-crowds, full speed ahead on the fun. Winter chose that night to arrive. It was rainy and crowds were ‘thin’ (for a NYE that is). Then he did the unthinkable. He went to California Adventure for the actual turn of the clock.
