Reuters is reporting that Michael Eisner has resigned from his position on the Board of Directors for the Walt Disney Company. It’s a few months earlier than expected, but not unexpected. I hope he at least got lifetime passes to the parks for him and a few friends. What sort of bennies does an outgoing CEO usually get?
